Mixed Cities Leadership

As one of our main initiation projects in 2021, Qadaya built a forum for Arab members of municipalities of mixed cities, which have suffered greatly as a result of the discriminatory policies against them. The forum’s aim is to provide an alternative learning process and empowering and strengthening the elements of resilience within the members. The establishment of the forum contributed to networking between the members and in creating a platform for exchanging experiences in municipal work and trying to benefit from them in order to develop the performance and work of public representatives in mixed cities and improve the status of Arab citizens there. Qadaya is currently growing on its previous project and expanding to crystalize the forum, which currently has elects from Akka, Lydd, Ramleh, Haifa, Yaffa, Tarshiha, and Nof Hagalil, and provide them a sense of competence and the possibility of influence.
